Anonymous member "Va5yaPupkin" is using the anonymity and safety provided by an internet connection and a face obscuring bandana to threaten Paul Fetch's mother:
This appears to be retaliation against Paul for his latest videos, in which he speaks ill of Professional Anti-Scientologists' Mark Bunker and Tory Magoo. Although it's rather laughable that Anonymous would turn on their leader like this, it's very serious business when they go after his Mother with the intention of causing her emotional pain. Anonymous has a dark side and this is just a mild demonstration of how far these sociopaths will go for "kicks" and "lulz":
