Anti-Scientology Racketeers frequently make the claim that the Church of Scientology is "litigious." They base this claim on the incredible number of lawsuits the Church seems to be tangled up with at all times.
These racketeers and affiliated hate group activists want you to think the Church uses the courts to relentlessly attack it's "critics." They want you to believe in their Straw-Man-Scientology-Devil. And go ahead. If pointing fingers and attacking a minority religion is the best you can do with your freedom of speech, go for it.
Personally, I'm more interested in truth. Like the fact that the Church's apparent "litigiousness" is actually the byproduct of being constantly agitated and aggressively pursued by self-proclaimed "cult experts." The Church is merely defending itself in standard ways just as any other organization would.
One other salient fact: ALL THE LAWYERS WHO PROTEST AND ATTACK THE CHURCH YEAR AFTER YEAR HAVE BEEN DISBARRED FOR FILING FRIVOLOUS SUITS.

what you don't understand is that even if you do succeed in taking down every anonymous site and member, (which is, of course, impossible) others will just take their place. it's like a mythological hydra. take down a site, 3 more spring out of the earth. plus, all the attention you give them has 2 effects, both of which are counterproductive to your aim: on one hand, you enrage them, and make them focus on their own objectives even more. on the other hand, by treating them as a force to be reckoned with, you just boost their ego!
so reconsider your aims and strategies, because if you continue this way you are sure to fail.

Only anonymous trolls here. Why do you talk about anonymous in the 3rd person. You should say "you guys" did etc.etc.etc. Also since you know (whether or not you will admit it) that about 99% of the people here are anonymous why do you re-tell there stories to them. You re-tell are lives back to us... why? I mean really think about this. Don't just pass my comment by and say "another stupid anonymous to fight with" I want you to really think about it. Are you trying to convert some of us... not to Scientology but to just stop protesting. Are you trying to show some naive anonymous members that they are teetering on the border on several illegal or at least amoral activities. The government is going out on a line to say they are a bona fide religion. Some think Scientology blackmailed the IRS, I don't know maybe they did. Who knows? But to do so would have been a huge undertaking that would involve a lot of illegal activity on both sides. The government is ok with that?So for the IRS and for the Scientologist to do such illegal activity would leave a massive paper trail that both groups would have to be cool with being out there to maybe someday be found out. The paperwork is out there. It has to be, by law. It is a matter of getting it and getting it to the right people. But I'm getting off the point here and that point is that the government is totally cool with the Scientology as a religion that don't have to pay them any money (and the government loves to have peeps on the government tit) anyway Tom are you trying to get some anonymous to stop or have them become bored with anonymous movement? Why do you run this blog, for real? Only anonymous are here. Maybe a person... a real person who knows about neither side may stumble upon the blog and be gone after a few minutes, maybe a little wiser on the subject. Not ever knowing who's side they are on and never see them again. But the most of the traffic here is anonymous. So the point being why run a blog that caters to anonymous members where you re-tell (slightly slanted for your overall general message that were a hate group) stories about what we do, or done, or going do. Or when a big story happens and you retell it or if someone gets busted or if there is a issue. Or then on a slow news day you come up with old stories with a new twist. Why do you do it. You need to maybe do something else or make another blog that caters to scientologist with a tone downed message that highlights the "achievements" of Scientology or maybe do something that tells the story of "how bad is a anonymous" on another page that has no comments and make nice and family friendly and leave cards or newsletters to at orgs or do something that gets the message out softly or something. I don't know what to say. Tom I think that you put a lot of effort into a site that doesn't really do much other than piss off and distract a bunch of anonymous for a few hours then they go back to the anonymous movement. I'm getting tired. I'm going to go but like I said think about it. don't fight with us. Use your time and obvious computer skills to make a site that really gets to the people. Think about it.
